Leo Puddicombe was born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland. At a very young age he demonstrated natural artistic talent, having a keen interest in drawing and sketching. As he matured, so did his passion and flair for painting. Using acrylics, his medium of choice, he captures the realism of his subject. Leo also finds inspiration in the history and culture of Newfoundland and under the guidance of Ed Roche he has developed and defined his own unique style.
