Susan was born, and continues to live, in the picturesque, coastal town of Harbour Grace which is located on the east coast of the island portion of the province of Newfoundland & Labrador, Canada.  The hours she spends painting provide relaxation in an otherwise hectic schedule. With the encouragement of family and friends, Susan has decided to share her art work with the public. 

As a self-taught artist, Susan’s creative style and flare for colour and presentation capture the passionate characteristics and beauty of her home province.  Susan draws her inspiration from life experiences, old photographs, and fond memories.  Once inspired, she experiences great joy as each brushstroke draws her nearer to the completion of her painting so that another moment in time can be preserved for all to share.
