Shipping and Handling

All of our limited edition prints are shipped within 48-72 hours. Original artwork will be shipped when we have received a certified cheque, signed credit card receipt, or money order. Framed artwork is shipped within two weeks.

When ordering limited edition prints and/or open edition artwork, a shipping fee of $ 15.00 is added to your total order to cover the cost of postage within Canada. When ordering all framed artwork, shipping fees will be determined by Air Canada Cargo based on the dimensions of your framed purchase, and then added to your order. Please call for a quote



Free Local Delivery

We deliver your artwork to your house free of charge in the St. John's, Mount Pearl and CBS area.

Full Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not happy with your selected artwork, simply return it within seven calendar days for a full refund. We are not happy unless are fully pleased with your art selection. Please call us at 709-747-6453 for a Returns Confirmation Number. The artwork must be returned in excellent condition in the container in which it was shipped. Returns must be insured for the full value of the artwork, and the cost of the return shipping remains the responsibility of the customer.

If the artwork is received in damaged condition, full return privileges will apply. Contact us by phone or email to advise us of any damaged artwork.

Privacy Assurance

NewfoundlandArt.ca guarantees that your name, e-mail address, or any other details of your purchase will not be disclosed to any other party outside of the financial institution transacting your purchase. We do not sell customer information to other companies. If you do not wish to receive promotional information on new artwork following your purchase, simply email us and we will remove you from our database.
